Representing Ocean Homes and Christie’s International Real Estate, I specialize in guiding clients through exceptional real estate opportunities across both the French and Dutch sides of Saint-Martin / Sint Maarten.
Born on the French side and raised on the Dutch side, I bring a truly local perspective to the island’s unique and diverse property market. With four years of experience in real estate, I have been involved in a wide range of transactions, from luxury villas and private residences to individual apartments, commercial properties, land, rentals, and investment opportunities.
My approach is personal, discreet, and results-driven. I work closely with each client to understand their lifestyle, goals, and expectations, ensuring that every recommendation is aligned with what they are truly seeking. Whether assisting with a first purchase, a strategic investment, a property sale, or portfolio growth, I provide trusted local expertise and a refined real estate experience from start to finish.
If the ideal property is not currently available within our inventory, I do not believe in forcing a match. Instead, I leverage my trusted network of agencies across Saint-Martin and Sint Maarten to explore partner portfolios and off-market opportunities, giving my clients broader access to the island’s finest real estate options.
From 2024 to 2025, I was also involved in The Setai, a new development project located at Indigo Bay, Sint Maarten, where I contributed to $6 million in sales. This experience further strengthened my expertise in luxury development, buyer relations, and high-value property transactions.
